NAME REVEAL: Meet LEIA
This smart, sassy, adorable mini is a 12-yr-old mare that we have named Leia. Her name was the hardest to choose because there were so many adorable names suggested but none of them quite fit. We finally decided on Leia because we have a mini named Princess Di, so why not continue the Princess theme in our pony pen? While she's a great weight and obviously knows what grain is, because she yells at us when the others get some, she does have twisted and overgrown hooves that will need some attention before deciding her future.
For now, her job is easy: eat, rest, and settle in. They’ll spend the next 20–30 days in quarantine while we give them time to decompress, so you won’t see much in the way of training or evaluation yet. If anything pops up health-wise, we’ll extend that time to make sure they’re feeling their best before moving forward.
