The Dakota Showdown Horse Trainer Challenge isn’t just about competition — it’s about stepping in for horses who need a solid, thoughtful start.
 
We’re looking for trainers who:• Believe in patience over pressure• Want to help minimally handled horses build confidence• Take pride in creating safe, willing partners• Are ready to put in the work — and grow in the process.
 
With Foundation, Showcase, and Rising Star divisions, there’s room for trainers at multiple stages.
